Andrew Vladimir was born in New Rochelle, New York on February 6, 1932. He earned his bachelor’s degree at Yale University and his master’s degree at Florida International University. He also attended Harvard Business School.
In New York, Andrew Vladimir joined Ruder & Finn Public Relations. Vladimir International, his own advertising and public relations agency in Puerto Rico, grew to become one of the island’s largest. After relocating to Miami, he established Vladimir and Evans Advertising and Public Relations.
